Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
We will examine all returns on a case-by-case basis in order to determine who is responsible for paying all costs (shipping and customs) required to deliver the artwork back to Galerie Cali. Generally, if we determine that the artwork was accurately described on our site (in terms of size, materials used, weight, etc.) and the collector is returning it as a result of preference, then the buyer is held responsible for return costs. Galerie Cali will have the sole discretion to make determination the validity of the return claim.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@galeriecali.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can determine next steps.
Refunds
For returns that have been granted, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know the status and the final amount of the refund. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
