Shipping policy

Local free delivery is restricted to within 60 miles of San Carlos, CA.   

Please see refund policy to review when returns require for the buyer to pay return shipping.  

There are some restrictions that we are unable to modify based on the payment service you use at checkout.

If you are outside of the US, there is currently no shipping method through our website.  Please reach out to info@galeriecali.com if you would like to purchase a painting and we will do our best to work with you on shipping options.  International shipping is excluded from our free shipping offer.

Date and time of shipping and subsequent receipt of purchased artwork is highly dependent on the shipping method you choose and may be influenced by situations outside of our control.  For local delivery, our goal is to deliver within (5) five business days.  For paintings shipped outside the local delivery area (and within the US), there is a large variance based on exact location, but our goal is for you to have it within 10 business days.
